"I train by example" a technique to develop our staff to their highest Potentials. I owned and operated a Four Star Steak House. I recently managed Harrah's Casino's and Hotels. The Imperial Palace Hotel and Chef Tournant; overseeing Five Restaurants between Ballys and Paris Hotel casino & Resorts.
