Chef Jason West worked as the Sous Chef under The previous executive Chef James Granger for five years. His menu is a combination of what he learned working under James and his own extensive creativity. He is a life long resident of Rockport. Familiarity with our unique community is definitely an advantage here at Hemingway's Bar and Grill. He spends any spare time he has raising his beautiful family.
